Tesla, help us make hope visible.

You built the vehicle everyone stops to look at. We photograph children fighting cancer as the heroes they want to become. Put the two together and every mile tells their story.

A proposal to put a Tesla Cybertruck to work for children facing cancer and serious illness.

Meet So Many Angels

Before I ask for anything, let me show you why.

I'm Matt Meiers. I founded So Many Angels, a 501(c)(3) that gives children with cancer and serious illnesses a professional photo experience. Families never pay. Two minutes, and you'll see what that looks like.

This is what hope looks like
What we do

Kids become who they want to be.

01 · They choose

Astronaut, superhero, firefighter, princess. The child decides who they want to become.

02 · We photograph

A full professional session, built around that dream, with the child as the hero.

03 · We create

Our editors turn it into cinematic artwork, printed on canvas for the family to keep.

Why a Cybertruck

More than a vehicle. A rolling gallery of hope.

People already stop and pull out their phones when a Cybertruck rolls by. Wrapped in artwork from the children we've served, that attention turns into awareness for families facing childhood cancer and serious illness.

And it works for a living.

Based in the Pittsburgh area, the Cybertruck would support our local events and travel to selected events across the country.

  • Transports photography equipment and finished canvases to So Many Angels photo sessions and reveal events.
  • Travels to photography conferences, connecting with photographers, editors, and potential volunteers across the country.
  • Helps bring So Many Angels photo sessions to new cities, reaching more children and families.
  • Visits children's hospitals and community events.
  • Makes appearances at Tesla locations when mutually arranged.
  • Carries the children's stories wherever it goes.
The ask

One Cybertruck. Countless opportunities to make hope visible.

I'm asking Tesla to consider putting a Cybertruck in the hands of So Many Angels.

Our hope

A donated Cybertruck

It becomes So Many Angels' permanent mission vehicle, on the road for these kids for years.

Equally welcome

A long-term loan

Ideally 12 to 24 months, on terms we agree on together.

What Tesla gets

Real storiesChildren and families, shared with their permission.
Local visibilityA Tesla doing good in the community, in plain sight.
AppearancesAt our events and, when arranged, Tesla locations.
Video & socialStorytelling built around the truck and the kids.
Measurable impactWe track and report where it goes and who it serves.

We'd work together on appropriate branding, storytelling, appearances, and reporting.

Why this is personal

My wife, Angela, and I started So Many Angels together.

When she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, our car stopped being just a car. It carried her to chemo. It carried our photography gear and canvases. It carried us.

Angela passed away in April.

I know what a vehicle means to a family in the fight. I want this one to carry hope to hundreds more.

One conversation

Give me 20 minutes.

A short call to see whether a Make Hope Visible Cybertruck is something we can build together.
