Requirements for Photographers

  1. Equipment:

     

    • Professional camera with dual memory card slots for safe backups.
    • Portable studio lighting (e.g., flash or continuous lights with stands and modifiers like softboxes or umbrellas).
    • Have lenses suitable for portrait photography (e.g., 85mm, or higher fixed focal length lens, 24-70mm, 70-200mm or similar focal lengths are acceptable.)
    • Backup batteries and memory cards.
  2. Skills:

     

    • Experience in portrait photography, preferably with families or children.
    • Ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for children and families.
    • Proficiency in adjusting camera settings and working in various lighting conditions.
    • Strong time management to keep sessions on schedule.
  3. Post-Event Responsibilities:

     

    • Upload and deliver high-resolution RAW files within 24 hours of the event. No editing needed.
    • Organize and label files clearly (e.g., PhotographerName-KidName-Costume-01, PhotographerName-KidName-Costume-02).
    • Keep a backup of all photos until successful delivery is confirmed.
  4. Professionalism:

     

    • Arrive early for setup and briefings.
    • Dress in professional but comfortable attire.

Requirements for Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Photographers

    • Ability to capture candid moments without interrupting activities.

    • Discretion and awareness to remain unobtrusive.
