  • Set up and manage photo stations.
  • Capture professional, high-quality portraits of each child.
  • Ensure children and families feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep the schedule on track.

2. Videographers

Duties:

  • Record behind-the-scenes footage of the event.
  • Conduct short video interviews with families (if applicable).
  • Highlight special moments throughout the day for promotional use.

3. Social Media Content Creators

Duties:

  • Take photos and videos to share in real-time on So Many Angels’ social media platforms.
  • Post live updates, stories, and event highlights on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and tagging participants (with their permission).

4. Family Guides

Duties:

  • Welcome and escort families through the event activities.
  • Ensure each family has a clear understanding of the schedule.
  • Assist with transitions between photo sessions, games, and other stations.
  • Provide a warm, friendly atmosphere for participants.

5. Check-In Volunteers

Duties:

  • Greet families as they arrive at the event.
  • Verify registrations and provide families with schedules and any necessary materials.
  • Direct families to their starting stations or areas.

6. Activity Assistants

Duties:

  • Oversee children’s games and activities during the event.
  • Encourage kids to participate and have fun while waiting for their photo sessions.
  • Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all attendees.

7. Sponsor Outreach and Liaison

Duties:

  • Assist in connecting with event sponsors during and after the event.
  • Help distribute any sponsor materials or acknowledgments at the event.
  • Gather feedback from sponsors and maintain a professional relationship.

8. Floaters

Duties:

  • Be on-call to assist with various tasks as needed throughout the day.
  • Step in for other roles when a quick hand is needed.

9. Cosplay Artists (click for more details)

Duties:

  • Dress in family-friendly costumes of beloved characters (e.g., superheroes, princesses, animated favorites) to enhance the event atmosphere and create magical moments for the children.
  • Pose for photos with children and families during their photo sessions or at designated areas.
  • Interact warmly and enthusiastically with attendees, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and uplifted.
  • Engage with children in the waiting areas to keep them entertained and excited about their photo session.

10. Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Photographers (click for more details)

Duties:

  • Capture candid, heartwarming moments of families, volunteers, and the overall event atmosphere.
  • Document interactions between families, cosplay artists, and volunteers.
  • Take photos of event setup, activities, and behind-the-scenes teamwork to showcase the effort and magic that go into the day.
  • Provide photos for use on So Many Angels’ social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.

    Additional Notes:

  • Volunteers should arrive early for a briefing and setup (exact time to be confirmed).
  • Dress in professional but comfortable attire suitable for an active event environment.
  • Be prepared to sign a volunteer agreement regarding the use of photos for So Many Angels’ purposes.
